This is a review of the findings of several studies on T’ai Chi Chih T’ai Chi Chih practice improves physical and mental health. To date researchers have published 12 studies using control groups that show TCC’s efficacy; all except two (Shaller, 1996, Zacharia, 2015) are RCT’s.
